TMC RECRUITMENT — PRE-PLACEMENT AGREEMENT (Addendum A) Version 2026-06-A 1. Representation TMC Recruitment ("TMC-R") will represent you on a confidential basis. Your name, current employer, and identifying details are never shared with a client without your explicit, per-role consent. 2. Verification By joining the TMC-R network you authorise us to verify: (a) your identity and right to work in Australia; (b) your qualifications and licences (including where applicable REAP, Elevate, QBCC, VBA); (c) two professional references you nominate. 3. Consent to introduce For every opportunity, TMC-R will present you with an anonymised brief. No introduction to a client is made until you explicitly consent in writing (an in-app click is sufficient). 4. Withdrawal You may withdraw from any process at any time before an introduction is made. Once an introduction is sent, withdrawal is at the client's discretion. 5. Fees TMC-R is paid by the hiring client. You will never be charged a fee. 6. Data Your data is stored in Australia, retained for 24 months after your last active engagement, and deleted on request in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. 7. Governing law This addendum is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By signing below (checking the box), you acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms above.
